Lynams Hotel is a 42 room boutique hotel which was opened in 2000 by then minister for Tourism – Mr. Jim McDaid. The hotel offers quality accommodation and good food and drink at the heart of O’Connell Street, Dublin’s main street. Given the hotel’s location just footsteps from all that Dublin has to offer it is ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Each of the hotel’s 42 bedrooms have been finished to a high standard and reflect the Georgian ambience of the original building, while offering guests all the modern comforts of a modern hotel. Standard facilities include en suite bath/shower rooms, remote control televisions, direct dial telephones, data ports, and tea and coffee making facilities. Each of the hotel’s four floors are also served by a lift.

Lynams is home to Cafe Carlo Italian Restaurant which serves high quality Italian food in a relaxed and informal environment. Guests can choose from a range of menu's which include a breakfast menu which runs till 12.00PM daily, a range of lunch and early bird specials, as well as an extensive A La Carte menu. Cafe Carlo also offers an extensive wine list, accompanied by a varied selection of spirits, liqueurs, and beers.
Full room service is available between 7.30AM and 10.00PM daily, and residents can avail of our 24 hour residents bar, enjoying drinks in the relaxed surroundings of our aptly named residents lounge the O'Connell Room, a Georgian drawing room which overlooks O'Connell Street or in the comfort of their bedrooms.

Situated on O'Connell Street, Dublin's main thoroughfare, the hotel is just minutes walk from the shopping streets of Henry Street, Talbot Street, upmarket Grafton Street, and Temple Bar – Dublin’s cultural quarter.
