Ryanair has become the first airline in the world to have all its passengers check in online.
On Saturday's annual Santa flight from Dublin airport to Tampere, in Finland, all 189 passengers used the online check-in facilities to avoid queuing to check in at the airport.
Peter Sherrard Ryanair head of communications, said the day before the take-off when all passengers had already checked in: "Tomorrow, we will become the world's first airline to have 100 per cent of passengers on a single flight skip check-in queues thanks to the Ryanair's Web Check-in / Priority Boarding service.
"Since its introduction Web Check-in / Priority Boarding has been a tremendous success, allowing passengers to save time, skipping queues at check-in before priority boarding the aircraft."
On board the flight a group of children and parents heading to the Finnish town to meet Father Christmas to give their festive wishes.
