Dublin is set to host a series of rugby internationals as the Irish rugby team takes on the greatest opponents in the world.
This month the Lansdowne Road stadium will host Ireland against South Africa (November 11th), Australia (November 19th) and the Pacific Islands (November 26th).
For rugby fans it will be a great opportunity to see the world's best sides in action ahead of the iRB Rugby World Cup 2007 in France next September.
Lansdowne Road is one of the oldest international rugby grounds in the world – with the nation's matches first held there in 1878.
The games will by one of the last chances to see a test in the stadium before it undergoes a £245 million redevelopment to turn it into an all-seater venue.
During the development rugby matches will be held at the Gaelic Athletic Association's Croke Park stadium, which usually only hosts Irish sports such as hurling, Gaelic football and shinty.
